**What is Premium Support?
Premium Support provides producers with 1:1 assistance for both the initial setup and ongoing use of Cibo Labs. Ensuring all Cibo Labs biomass estimates are as accurate as possible and being utilized to their full potential allows farmers to get the most out of their Cibo Labs subscription and AgriWebb integration.
A Cibo Labs product expert will work with you, as we continually improve the Cibo Labs PastureKey service. You will have the opportunity to continue to speak to a Cibo Labs product expert, ensuring you are leveraging the system to it’s fullest potential and we can better review any feedback

Pasture Biomass Back-processing
Order pasture biomass statistics and/or imagery for your paddocks from as early as 2017, choose between just monthly statistics per paddock or weekly statistics and imagery for display within your PastureKey service.
Monthly Statistics Only - spreadsheet of all records dating back to 2017 for all paddock including total biomass (tsdm), green biomass, dead biomass and fractional cover data.
Weekly Statistics and Imagery - Only available for active PastureKey subscription services, ordered in 6 month segments (costed at 12 month blocks). Data and imagery will be delivered to your Dashboard as a seamless set of imagery along the time-slider.
